Sprinkle over both sides of the dove with the following spice mixture: 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs paprika, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt and pepper. Grill skin side up until done. Melt 1/2 cup of apple jelly in a medium saucepan with fresh parsley sprigs. Brush dove with jelly sauce until skin is golden. Garnish with apple slices. Enjoy!!!!!!
