This weekend will be the first trout catching ever on film on the ELHC cabin in Hardy, Arkansas. Looking forward to catching some rainbows and some walleyes on the Spring River!! Don't you hate it when you catch so many trout that your fingers get rough from the teeth of th fish when you get the hook out?? Kinda like bass fishing but worst.

Had a great time reelin in those rainbows on the Spring River. I can't believe I caught my limit in the first thirty minutes. It renewed my faith in the Berkeley Power Baits. I had an even better time eating them!

Chef Sprad's quick and easy grilled trout recipe: take your freshly caught whole trout and place them on a sheet of aluminum foil. Next, coat both sides with butter and sprinkle on a little salt and pepper. After that, stuff a strip of your favorite brand of thick cut bacon in the middle of the trout. (I like to add a little greek seasoning as well!) Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and toss those babies on the grill. Remember, cook them slow and low so the meat falls off the bone and enjoy!!! Happy grilling fellow anglers!
